Physicals are being offered at James Clemens High School this Wednesday, April 26, after school from 3:30 – 5:30 pm for $15. A physical signed by a physician is required for all band members, including color guard and dance line, to participate in marching band at James Clemens in the fall. Parents and Students, as a reminder we will be hosting our Athletic Physical Day on Wednesday, April 26h from 3:30-5:30. We encourage all current and future athletes to have a physical completed on Wednesday.
The cost of the physical is $15, we encourage you to pay for the physical ahead of time on gofan https://gofan.co/app/events/978393?schoolId=AL50309 cash and cards will be accepted at the door.
Each athlete must have the front page of the physical form completed and signed by a parent. The form is attached.
