Universal Orlando Spring Trip

There's nothing like being a Jet and there's nothing like a Spring Band Trip. The JC Jets Band is going on a spring trip to Universal Orland Resort. Don't wait until the last minute to sign up. JC vs Gardendale

Friday Night Fever is here. First game of the season and it was a hot one. The band did a great job performing the Friday Night Fever half-time show. And despite the heat, the action in the stands was hype. Congratulations to the football team for the 26 -21 WIN over the Gardendale Rockets. Fall Mums Fundraiser

It's that time of year again. Order your Fall mums at a great price and support the James Clemens High School Band at the same time! These mums impress every year. Parent Preview & Pictures

Despite the lightning, thunder, and rain, it was great to get a preview of this year's marching season from the James Clemens High School Band. Thirsty Games 2023

Congratulations to the Percussion Section for winning the coveted golden water gun trophy this year during Band Camp at the 2023 Thirsty Games. It's so hot outside, if the winner is the section that stays the driest, who are the real winners here? Band Camp 2023

Band Camp 2023 is off to a great start. There are already lots of images to see on the SmugMug page here. As always, the heat has been tough, but the band is thriving and already learning this year's football and competition shows. Thank you to all of our volunteers for taking care of and looking out for our students this week. Also, it was great to see JC Cheer at Band Camp. Thank you for the popsicles and for your support. 2023 Show Shirts

All-State

We had lots of students participate in Alabama All-State this weekend at the VBC in Huntsville. Here's the link for all the photos from the event. We are so proud of you! It's another busy week for JCHS Band. Rookie camp starts today after school. Be sure to drink plenty of water. And Friday night is our annual Banquet. We can't wait to find out what the themes will be for next season's shows. GO JETS!

Spring Concerts

It has been a wonderful week of concerts by the James Clemens High School Band program. The Percussion Ensemble and Jet Blues Jazz Band performed on Monday night, April 24, 2022, at 6:30 pm in the JCHS Auditorium. The band put on a great Spring Concert Tuesday night, April 25, 2022 at 7:00 pm! The combined low brass ensemble kicked everything off, followed by Symphonic 2, Symphonic 1, and the Wind Ensemble. Physicals

Physicals are being offered at James Clemens High School this Wednesday, April 26, after school from 3:30 - 5:30 pm for $15. A physical signed by a physician is required for all band members, including color guard and dance line, to participate in marching band at James Clemens in the fall.
